摘 要: 碱性品红与亚硝酸根在硫酸介质中反应 ,反应产物在近紫外区有一吸收峰 ,其λmax在 2 6 5nm .其NO-2 -N含量在 0~ 0 .6mg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,ε=1.2 0 5× 10 4L·mol- 1·cm- 1,据此建立了一个简单、快速、选择性好的测定亚硝酸盐氮的新方法 .用于地表水、地下水的测定 ,结果与盐酸萘乙二胺比色法一致 . The reaction of magenta and nitrite in sulfuric acid m ed ium was studied. A new selective and simple method in the determination of NO- 2-N in water was found because the reaction production had a peak of absorptio n in UV spectrophotometry at 265 nm. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~0.6 mg/L NO- 2-N. ε=1.205×104 L/mol·cm. The new method has be en used to determine surface water and ground water. The results obtained are qu ite satisfactory and are in agreement with those obtained by the maphthylethylen ediamine hydrochloride colorimetric method.
