摘 要: 采用锁相放大器从液氮温度到室温实时记录超巨磁电阻材料Pr0 .67Sr0 .3 3 MnO3 1/f噪声的大小随温度的变化 .在电阻峰值温度约为 16 0K的样品上 ,在略低于峰值温度处观测到温度宽度约为 5K的 1/f噪声缺口 ,文中并对这一现象的物理原因 ,作了初步的分析 . Using lock-in amplifier the real time fluctuations of 1/ f noise in colossal magnetoresistance material Pr 0.67Sr 0.33MnO 3 was recorded continuously from liquid nitrogen temperature to room temperature. For the sample with resistance peak at about 160K, a 1/ f noise gap about 5K in width was observed at the temperature a little lower than peak temperature of resistivity. Some primary analysis are provided according to theories of colossal magnetoresistance material.
