摘　　要： 用随机对照试验方法 ,据牙龈指数均数将 48名年龄为 1 4 6岁～ 2 2 1岁的研究对象平均分为两组 ,随机地分配使用试验或对照牙膏。用三笑玉洁纯MP牙膏试验组与用三笑空白牙膏对照组刷牙 30天、 90天、 1 80天后的牙龈指数相比有显著差别 ,与用三笑空白牙膏的对照组相比相对牙龈指数降低率分别高出为 86 59%、 40 88%、52 97%。 Forty-two subjects were selected and stratifide into two balanced groups randomly assigned to use the test dentifrice or the palcebo dentifrice.Gingival Index examinations were conduvted at baseline,thitty,ninety and one hundred eighty-days.The same dental examiner conducted examinations on the subjects at each examination.After thirty,ninety and one hundred eighty-day use of their assigned products,those subjects in the triclosan MP dentifrice group demonstrated a statistically significant(P=0 0001)Gingival Index reduction of 86 59 % , 40 88 % , 52 97 % ,as compared to the placebo dentifrice group.
