摘　　要： 本试验应用傅立叶变换近红外光谱透射技术快速定量分析甘蔗蔗汁蔗糖分。利用内部交叉证实和自动优化功能对预测数学模型进行优化 ,得到蔗汁蔗糖分预测数学模型的决定系数为99.4 1% ,均方差为 0 .2 14;蔗汁蔗糖分近红外分析结果的准确度是可接受的。 The sucrose content in sugarcane juice was rapidly determined by quantitative analysis of near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) with transmission measurement. The predicting model for sucrose content was calibrated by automatically optimizing and cross validating to obtain the determination coefficient of 99.41% and the RMSECV of 0.214. The accuracy of predicting values was acceptable and the potential applications of the NIRS method in sugarcane research and production were discussed.
