摘 要: 合成了7-安替吡啉偶氮-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(简称AQS),研究了它的物理性质、离解常数以及试剂和铜的显色条件,该试剂的离解常数k_3,k_4分别为2×10^(-2),1.2×10^(-6),试剂和铜形成络合物的最大吸收波长为494nm,反应酸度范围为0.4~1.9mol/L盐酸介质,络合比为1∶2,摩尔吸光系数为1.67×10~4L·mol ^(-1)cm^(-1),铜离子浓度在0~55μg/25mL符合比尔定律。 A new spectrophotometric reagent AQS has been synthesized. The physical property and the acid dissociation constant has been studied and determined. The k_3, k_4 values of the reagent are 2×10^(-2), 1.2×10^(-6) resp. The colour reaction of Cu with this reagent has been strdied. In the HCl medium with acid range of 0.4~1.9 mol/L, AQS reacts with Cu to form a stable complex exhibiting a maxium absorbanca at 494nm, The molar ratio of Cu∶AQS in the complex was estimated as 1∶2. The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.67×10^(-4). Beer's law is obeyed for 2~20 μg Cu/25 mL. Interferences of metal ions have been studied. The proposed method has been used for Cu in aluminiumalloy.
