摘　　要： 采用阻抗法监控鲜牛奶中的细菌总数，建立了利用阻抗法检测供港鲜牛奶中细菌总数的标准曲线及计算方程。同传统平板计数方法相比，阻抗法检测鲜牛奶中细菌总数不仅快速、准确，且操作简便。 Rapid determination of bacterial numbers in raw milk exporting by impedance method was studied.Standard curve and mathematical equation of impedance method was constructed.Comparing to traditional plate count method,Impedance method was a rapid,accurate and convenient method of determination of bacterial numbers in raw milk exporting.
