碱茅土壤微生物生物量季节动态模型的研究

摘  要: 从分解者亚系统水平研究了碱茅土壤微生物生物量的季节变化、生态因子的季节变化以及生态因子对土壤微生物生物量的综合作用规律。微生物生物量和呼吸速率的季节动态呈单峰上凸式曲线变化 ,8月份有明显的高峰值出现 ,其值为 7.0 1× 10 - 3g·g- 1干土、18.82× 10 - 3CO2 g·g- 1干土·d- 1。同时利用IRM模型研究了生态因子对土壤微生物生物量变化的综合作用规律Mt+Δt=Mt0 [1+ (0 .35rn-RDR)Δt]。生态因子对土壤微生物生长的综合作用指数rn 在整个生长季节的变化范围为 0 .0 2 73~ 0 .72 6 4 ,其中 8、9月份rn 较大 ,对微生物生长的限制作用较小 ,微生物生长较快 ;5、6、7、10月rn 较小 ,对微生物生长的限制作用较大 ,微生物生长较慢。 The patterns of seasonal variations on the microbial biomass, the multi-ecological factors, and the integrated effects of the factors on Puccinellia tenuiflora soil microbes were studied in the decomposer microbes subsystem. The seasonal moving of microbial biomass and respiration rate were found to vary seasonally by following a relief curve with the peak values occurred in August, which were 7.01×10\+ -3g·g\+ -1 (dry soil), 18.82×10\+ -3 CO\-2g·g\+ -1 (dry soil)· d\+ -1. In addition, the integrated effects of ecological factors on microbes were also studied with the IRM model: M\- t+Δt=M\- t0\[1+(0.35r\-n-RDR)Δt\]. The integrated action index of ecological factors on microbial biomass was defined as r\-n, which ranged from 0.0273 to 0.7264, higher values occurred in the period from August to September during which there were less inhibitory effects on microbial biomass, and lower values occurred in May, June, July and October during which there were more inhibitory effects on microbial biomass.
