摘 要: 本文较系统地研究了退化羊草草原上金狗尾草的抗盐碱生理 ,生长动态及其与 8种土壤因子的关系 ,结果表明 :金狗尾草在整个生长季节中金狗尾草叶片细胞在膜透性和对脯氨酸的积累 ,Na+ ,K+的富集方面对土壤盐碱变化具有较强的生理调节能力 .其生长主要集中在 7~ 8月份 ,生物量增加幅度为40 .74g·m- 2 ,最大值为 90 .5 4g·m- 2 ( 8月 ) ,土壤 p H值、速效钾和水解氮对金狗尾草生长的影响较小 ,而土壤含水量、温度、有效磷和土壤活性有机质对其影响较大 。 Anti-sality and alkali physiology and dynamic growth of Setaria lutescens on degenerative grassland and the relationship with 7 soil factors were systemically studied. The result show that the membrane penetrating, proline accumulation, Na +,K + enrichment of S. lutescens leaf cell are physiologically adjusted well opposite salty and alkali, grows best from July to August, its biomass' growth range is 40.74 g·m -2 , its biggest biomass is 90.54 g·m -2 in August. The effect of soil pH,available K, hydrolytic N on S. Iutescens' growth is smaller, the effect of soil water content, temperature, available P and active organic matter on S. Iutecens' growth is bigger, which are chief effective factors of S. Iutescens' growth.
