摘　　要： 运用系统分析理论 ,以某食品工业项目为例 ,对投资地点的决策过程进行了分析 .该过程是一顺序决策过程 ,依次包括区域市场划分、投资地点选择与投资顺序安排 . In this paper, taking a certain food enterprise for example, we make a breakdown decision making process for the selection of investment sites by applying the theory of system engineering. The process consists of a series of decisions, including the division of market area, the promotion of possible cities for investments and the sequence of investments to those cities.
