摘　　要： 本文从高等教育价值与高校收入关系出发 ,阐述高等教育短期行为产生的原因和后果 。 According to the relation between the value of higher education and the income of colleges and universities,the article reveals the cause and the consequence of short-term action in higher education and suggests strengthening the resource management of higher education.
