摘　　要： 综述了鱼虾贝类等水产动物细胞培养的方法 ,分析了动物细胞大规模培养过程中的问题与对策 ,展望了动物细胞培养的广阔前景 . Mass culture of animal cells is an important area of biotechnology because the cell can be used for virus isolation,vaccine and medicine production. The tissue culture of aquatic animals and its prospect were summarized in this article the problems and solution in mass culture of animal cells was also analysed,in order to guide the medicine and fishery.
