摘 要: 以合成的新型胆甾酯类侧链聚硅氧烷液晶高分子作固定液 ,涂渍在弹性石英毛细管柱上 ,具有较高的柱效和选择性 ,热稳定性好 ,适于分离多种异构体混合物。 A new stationary phase,side-chain liquid crystalline polysiloxane was obtained and used in capillary column gas chromatographyTwo kinds of side-chain polysiloxanes, PSI 5 and PSI 6 were characterized by polarized microscopy(POM), differential scanning calorimety(DSC) and X-ray diffraction and proved to be smectic phase Sc Two fused-silica capillary columns(025mm id) were coated with 0005g/ml solution of PSI 5 and PSI 6 in dichloromethane by the static method, named column I5 and column I6 Column efficiencise were 1598-2423 plates/m (PSI 6) and 3191-4235 plates/m (PSI 5) for anthracene at 200~240℃ These columns showed wide operation temperature range (I5 50~200℃;I6 100~260℃), outstanding thermostability and weak polarity These columns exhibited unique selectivity for many organic compounds,especially positional isomersFor example,the mixtures of anthracene, phenanthrene and fluorene are well separated on column I5 and I6; dimethyl benzene isomers are well separated on column I5, but they are not separated on column I6; dimethyl phenol isomers are well separated on column I5, but they are not wholly separated on column I6 The different selectivity of these columns is mainly due to the different chemical stucture
