摘　　要： 通过构造函数巧妙地将线性约束条件下的分式规划问题转化为常见的非线性规划问题，使之可用现有的非线性规划方法来求解． By means of construction function,the fractional programming problems with bounding conditions are transformed into general nonlinear programming problems.So these problems can be solved by familiar methods.
