摘 要: 本文揭示了彩色胶印废报纸 (ONP)和废杂志 (OMG)经酶脱墨处理后 ,纤维长度、粗度、结晶度等物理性质方面的变化 ,同时研究了酶脱墨处理对脱墨浆物理强度性能的影响。研究发现 ,对ONP和OMG采用生物酶法脱墨 ,可获得良好的脱墨效果 ,但纤维长度和粗度有所下降。酶脱墨处理对纤维结晶度几乎没有影响 ,经酶脱墨后ONP ,OMG浆的物理强度增加。 Changes of physical characteristics such as fiber length,coarseness,crystallinity index and morphology,after enzymatic deinked treatment of ONP and OMG were revealed.And the effect of enzymatic treatment on strength properties of deinked pulp were studied. It was found that both ONP and OMG could be deinked effectively by enzyme treatment.The fiber length and coarseness were found to be reduced to some extent.The enzymatic deinking treatment had little effect on crystallinity index of deinked fibers.The strength properties of deinked pulps from ONP and OMG were found to be increased after enzymatic deinking treatment.
