摘 要: 在pH4.47的缓冲溶液中,用分光光度法和平衡透析法研究钙羧酸指示剂(CCA)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的结合反应.研究发现,CAA与BSA主要是以分子间的疏水作用结合,该结合反应符合Pe-savento提出的相分配模型,BSA对CCA的作用相类似于阳离子表面活性剂的作用.并探讨了实验条件对结合反应的影响. The interaction of Calconcarboxylic Acid(CCA) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) was investi- gated by using spectrophotometric method and equilibrium dialysis method in acidic solution(pH4.47). It is suggested that the hydrophobic force is the main binding force.The model of phase distribution is ap- propriate in the treatment of data obtained here. The effect of surface active agent to the interactional sys- tem is discussed. It is found that the effects of BSA on the spectrum of CCA were similar to that of cationic surfactant.The influences of experimental conditions on the interaction were also discussed.
