摘　　要： 《证券法》是我国建国以来第一部按照国际惯例由国家立法机构组织人力 ,在总结我国证券实践的基础上起草并颁布的法律 ,具有鲜明的特色。文章对其整体框架设计、立法技术采用和内容规范设置进行了概括 ,归纳为“六个统一”。 Securities Law is the first law since the foundation of the People's Republic of China that is drafted and issued on the basis of the conclusion of securities practices of our country,with summoning of man powers by governmental legislative body according to the international practice,thus it maintains distinctive features.In the article,the author,by summarizing the overall framework design,the adoption of legislative technology and the setting of content specifications,generalizes a 'six unifications'.
