摘 要: 对甜高粱茎秆在不灭菌条件下进行了固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的研究。试验采用黑曲霉、白地霉组合菌株进行发酵生产蛋白饲料的效果较好。培养基中的初始含水量为 6 5 % ,添加 3% CO (NH2 ) 2 ,2 % (NH4) 2 SO4,0 .1%KH2 PO4,1% [Ca(H2 PO4) 2 +Ca SO4],0 .0 5 % Mg SO4,接种量为 12 % ,在 31± 2℃的条件下 ,发酵 2 4~ 30 h,甜高粱茎秆的粗蛋白含量由 2 .0 1%提高到 2 1.43% ,其粗纤维由 12 .37%降为 2 .34 %。 Production of protein feed from the residue of sweet sorghum stalks under the conditions of unsterilization was studied. From the results, it could be seen that the effect of solid state fermentation with mixed strains of Aspergills niger van Tieghem and Ceotrichum candidum Link was better. It was found that the better initial water content in culture medium was 65%. At the same time, 3% urea, 2% ammonium sulphate, 0.01% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and 0.05% magnesium sulphate were added. Inoculation amount in culture was 12%,suitable culture temperature was 31±2℃. After 24~30h fermentation, the crude protein content could be enhanced from 2.01% to 21.43% and crude fibre is reduced from 12.37% to 2.34%. A new way was found for developing the new resource of protein feed and comprehensive utilization of the residue of sweet sorghum stalks.
