摘　　要： 华侨及一部分海外华人可以在以下三方面发挥不可忽视的作用:可以在国内实践和在国外介绍中国道路,可以通过对中华民族文化的保持和发展来弘扬中国精神,可以共同推动中国的主权完整和国家统一,以强化中国力量。 The overseas Chinese and part of the Chinese citizens residing overseas can play an essential role in one of the following aspects:they can practice and introduce the Chinese way of development;they can uphold the Chinese spirit by maintaining and developing the Chinese culture;they can strengthen the Chinese power and promote China's sovereignty and national unity.
