SiO_2/Ag纳米复合微球的合成及其抗菌、催化性能研究

摘  要: 文章以经典的Stber法制备的SiO2纳米球为载体,以PVP为分散剂,抗坏血酸(AA)为还原剂,制备出SiO2/Ag纳米复合微球;通过紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纳米复合微球的光学性质、结构和形貌进行表征;通过LB培养基,以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为模板菌种,研究了SiO2/Ag复合材料的抗菌性能;以染料亚甲基蓝(MB)和罗丹明6G(R6G)为降解物,研究了纳米复合材料的催化性能。结果表明:通过简单的方法,银纳米颗粒负载到SiO2表面;纳米复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有较好的抑制效果,当纳米复合材料质量浓度为0.08g/L和0.10g/L时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果好;纳米复合材料对有机染料具有很好的降解效果。 The SiO2 nanospheres were prepared by the classical St¨ober method . The monodisperse SiO2/Ag nanocomposite spheres were prepared with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as dispersing agent and ascorbic acid(AA) as reducing agent .The optical property ,structure and morphology of the as-prepared SiO2/Ag nanocomposite spheres were characterized by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) .The antibacterial prop-erties of as-prepared SiO2/Ag nanocomposite spheres were investigated by Luria-Bertani(LB) medium using S .aureus and E .coli as the model microorganism .The catalytic activity of as-prepared SiO2/Ag nanoparticles was studied by using methylthionine chloride(MB) and Rhodamine 6G(R6G) as deg-radation products .The results showed that the Ag nanoparticles were adsorbed on SiO2 spheres by a simple method .The SiO2/Ag nanoparticles had high antibacterial properties for S .aureus and E .coli . The obvious inhibitory effects against S .aureus and E .coli were observed when the concentration of nanocomposite was 0.08 g/L and 0.1 g/L respectively .Meanwhile ,the SiO2/Ag nanoparticles had excellent catalytic properties for the reduction of organic dyes .
