摘 要: 介绍了基于模块模拟器的序贯模块法、数学规划法和能量系统"三环节"模型3种造纸过程优化方法,并分别应用于纸机干燥部的过程优化、热电联产的运行优化和整个造纸企业能量系统的全厂运行优化,实现了各自的优化目标,为造纸过程单元操作条件优化、工艺流程优化和更有效挖掘造纸过程的节能空间打下了基础。 It's significant for saving energy in paper industry by optimizing the papermaking process and improving the energy efficiency of the papermaking process. Three optimization methods for papermaking process were presented in this paper, which were sequential modular approach based on module simulator, mathematical programming and "three-link" model of energy system. At the same time, these methods respectively were used in the process optimization of paper machine's drying section, the operation optimization of CHP, and the wholly plant operation optimization of the entire paper mill's energy systems, achieving their optimization goals correspondingly, it provided the possibihties of optimizing the unit operating conditions and papermaking process, and further energy saving of papermaking process.
