摘　　要： 高等职业教育的人才培养目标应该包括"高素质"和"技能型",不能一味强调技能教育"培养某一类人"这一经济属性,而忽视了教育应该"培养人"的本质属性。思想政治理论课的思想性、政治性和理论性决定了它在高等职业教育"培养人"的实践中必然具有不可替代的作用。我们应该立足于高职教育的人才培养目标和培养主体的特殊性,思考高职院校思想政治理论课教学的特殊性,并探索提高思想政治理论教育教学实效性的可能途径。 High quality and skill-orientated graduates should be include in he objective of higher vocational college,rather than emphasizing on the economic attribute of the technical education while neglecting the essential attributes of education to build citizen. The ideological and political theory course ought to play an irreplaceable role for its ideological,political and theoretical properties in the practice of cultivating talents. Based on the particularities of the vocational college＇s educational target and objects, we should research the specialty of the ideological and political theory course, and then explore the feasible way to improve the effects of the course.
