摘 要: 人类文明发展至今,“陌生人”已然成为现代人共有的文化生存状态,甚至也成了一种论述语境.基于此语境,本研究对广东省农村幼儿园教师的生存状态进行考察,并对相关数据进行分析.结果发现,“专业化”并非导致农村幼儿园教师“陌生人化”的原因.农村幼儿园教师文化生存的“陌生人”特征主要有三种表现,即,相对于幼儿群体,从“少面”走向“多面”;相对于乡村社会群体,从“悬浮”走向“嵌入”;相对于教师群体,从“尴尬人”走向“专业人”. With the development of human civilization, modem people have already lived in a situation of "stranger", which has even become a kind of discussion context. In this context, based on a survey, this paper has studied rural preschool teachers' living situation in Guangdong Province and analyzes the data obtained from the survey. The results show that "professionalization" is not the cause of "bestrangement" of rural preschool teachers. And the situation of "stranger" basically has three features: from "few facets" to "a few facets" to the children's group, from "suspension" to "incorporation" to the rural community, and from "embarrassed person" to "professional person" to the teachers' group.
