摘 要: 对学生在不同学习阶段排座位的现象进行了分析,并针对大学课堂考勤的现状和出现的问题,从实际出发提出了在大学专业课上实行排座位的措施,提出了具体的实施要求和注意事项。同时,也提出了个别存在的小问题。从多年的实践经验中总结了排座位的优点:节省老师点名的时间,有效提高学生的出勤率;提高教学和学习质量,促进师生的互动教学;省去学生占座的麻烦,提高学生学习的积极性等等。该方法在教育改革中具有一定的积极作用和实际应用价值,期望在高校教育中得到推广和普及。 This paper analyzes the phenomena of seat arrangements at different learning stages, deals with the existing problems in current situation, and puts forwards proper proposals for classroom seat arrangements of major courses in universities. Based on years of practical experiences, the proposal will not only save teachers from name-listing in class, but contribute to improve the quality of teaching and learning, to promote classroom interactions and students' participation in learning. This research will stimulate educational reform and benefit teaching practice as well as higher education.
