摘 要: 为了解重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-6株+Re-4株)的免疫效果,为临床上制定合理的禽流感疫苗免疫程序提供依据,选取3个企业生产的12批疫苗,免疫SPF鸡、SPF鸭,跟踪至免疫后24周,每3周采血检测Re-6、Re-4 HI抗体效价。结果表明:SPF鸡、SPF鸭分别在免疫后6周和3周Re-4、Re-6抗体即可达到高峰值,随着时间的推移,抗体水平逐渐下降;SPF鸡抗体的高峰值高于SPF鸭;SPF鸡的高抗体水平的维持期长于SPF鸭;3个企业的疫苗均有良好的免疫效果。 This experiment was carried out to know about the immune effect of bivalent inactivated vac-cines, recombinant H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus (H5N1, Re-6 strain +Re-4 strain), and provide clinical basis for formulating the avian influenza vaccine immune program .Twelve batches of vaccine from three companies were used for the immune of SPF chicks and ducks .Each chick or duck serum was separately collected every three weeks after immunization up to twenty -four weeks .The serum antibody titer of Re -6 and Re-4 were detected .It was showed that the HI titer of the immunized SPF chicks and ducks reached the peak after 6 and 3 weeks of the first immunization , respectively;over time , the antibody titer decreased gradu-ally;the antibody peak of SPF chicks was higher than that of SPF ducks; the duration of high antibody titer maintained longer in SPF chicks .It was proved that all the vaccines induced good immune responses in chicks and ducks .
