摘 要: 针对钻井用柴油机起钻、下钻过程中,柴油机工作在1 300r/min时,存在着燃油浪费的问题,在分析机械驱动钻机柴油机扭矩速度特性及喷油速度特性的基础上,研制了一种基于DSP TMS320F2812的柴油机转速的节能控制系统。通过与绞车同轴安装的扭矩转速传感器计算得到绞车功率,实时调节柴油机转速,降低油耗。介绍了系统主要构成和工作原理,设计了系统相应的硬件电路,编写了DSP控制软件。应用表明,该系统具有良好的操控性,降低了柴油机的燃油消耗。 During the procedure of pulling out and running in diesel drilling,diesel works at the speed of 1 300 r/min,which is at a state of power exceeding actual need,resulting in wasted fuel problem.Based on the analysis of mechanical drive rig diesel torque speed characteristics and fuel injection velocity characteristics,an energy-saving control system of diesel rotating speed is developed based on DSP TMS320F2812.Through torque speed sensor mounted with the winch coaxially,the power of winch is calculated to adjust diesel speed and reduce fuel consumption.The main components of the system and working principle are introduced.It's proved that the system has good handling performance and diesel fuel consumption can be reduced.
