摘　　要： 用 E.tenella卵囊感染雏鸡，通过醋酸纤维薄膜电泳检测 5种血清蛋白百分含量的变化。分别在感染后 3d和 7d进行采血检测。结果如下：试验组的蛋白 (％ )在感染后 7d显著低于对照组 (p<0.05）；试验组的α_1球司法部白（%）在感梁后7d比在3d显著下降（p<0.01）；试验组的γ球司法部白（%）在感染后7d极显著高于3d和对照组（p<0.01）。α_2球司法部白（%）在组间和组内无明显差异。 This experiment was carried out to detect every proportion of five of serum proteins on E.tenella-infected chickens by means of acetocellulose membrane electrophoresis.Ten 30-day-old chickens were orally infected with 1× 104sporulated oocysts of E.tenella with other tenchickens set as a control.The results were as follows:The albumin(％ )of the infected group at 7days post-infection was significantly lower than that of the control at the same time(p
