己二酸二甲酯加氢合成1,6-己二醇铜基催化剂的制备工艺研究

摘  要: 以Na2CO3为沉淀剂,将其与一定浓度的硝酸盐混合,利用共沉淀方法制备铜基催化剂.考察了铜锌铝配比、陈化时间、焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG)对催化剂进行了表征.获得了该催化剂制备的主要参数:Cu负载量为40%、锌铝比2.7∶1、陈化时间2 h、焙烧温度450℃,在此条件下,己二酸二甲酯加氢制备1,6-己二醇的酯的转化率和醇的收率分别为98.46%,72.99%. The Cu-based catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation methods,with Na2CO3 as the precipitant and with the solutions of mixed nitrates.The effects of Cu/Zn/Al ratio,aging time,calcination temperature on the catalyst performance were investigated,and the catalysts were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The optimum preparation parameters were obtained as follows:the cu loading was 40% 、the ratio of zn and Al was 2.7∶1 、the aging time was 2h、the calcination temperature was 450℃,and under these conditions,the conversion of dimethyl adipate and the yield of 1,6-hexanediol were 98.46% and 72.99%,respectively.
