摘 要: 对煤油-司班80-液体石蜡-氢氧化钠乳状液膜处理含醋酸废水溶液的过程作了系统研究,分析了影响醋酸脱除率的各个因素,探讨了内水相浓度、乳水比、油内比以及传质搅拌速率的最佳组合方案。实验结果表明,内水相的浓度2 mol/L,油内比1∶1,乳水比1∶6,传质搅拌速率250 r/min,废水中醋酸脱除率可达96%以上。 The treatment to acetic acid wastewater with kerosene - spans 80 - NaOH liquid paraffin- aqueous emulsion liquid membrane was studied systematically. Analyses the various influencing factors of acetic acid removal rate, discusses the internal phase concentration, the water ratio, oil rate and mass transfer in stirring speed optimal combination scheme. Experimental results show that the concentration of internal phase 2 tool/L, oil ratio 1 : I, the water ratio 1 : 6 mass transfer stirring speed 250 r/rain, acetic acid removal rate in wastewater can reach more than 96 %.
