摘 要: 利用流体在收缩与扩张流管中流动能耗不同的原理。借助流阻系数 ,具体分析了压电锥形流管无阀泵在无阀状态下 ,产生单向流动的原因 ,并解析了泵流量。同时 ,把上述结果与实验进行了比较 。 Based on the concept of flow energy loss of fluid in a shrinkage and expansion pipe,and flow resistance coefficients,the paper describes the cause of one way flow of the piezoelectric valveless diffuser/nozzle based fluid pump in valveless state,and also analyses the pump flow.In comparison with the experimental results,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is demonstrated.
