摘 要: 为提高优质大宁烟单产以满足市场需求,采用田间试验方法,研究追施氮肥和钾肥(N 15 kg/hm2、K2O 90 kg/hm2;N 45 kg/hm2、K2O 270 kg/hm2)对大宁烟生长、产量及品质的影响。试验结果显示,在传统施肥的基础上,追施含N15 kg/hm2、K2O 90 kg/hm2无机肥后,烟株高度、烟叶钾含量和烟叶产量显著提高,烟叶评吸质量提升而烟叶糖碱比、糖氮比、施木克值等指标的变化不大。然而,增施N 45 kg/hm2、K2O 270 kg/hm2的处理,烟叶产量、钾含量、烟碱含量虽分别增加24.73%、17.91%-27.08%和19.57%-30.55%,但烟叶糖碱比、糖氮比、施木克值和评吸质量下降。结果表明,在传统有机肥施用的基础上追施适量氮钾肥不仅有利于大宁烟生长和烟叶产量的提高,而且可提高烟叶品质。 In order to increase high quality Daning tobacco yield to meet the market demand, field experiment of topdressing N and K fertilizer (N 15 kg/hm^2and K20 90 kg/hm^2; N 45 kg/hm^2 and K20 270 kg/hm^2) for investigating the effects on growth, yield and quality of Daning tobacco was conducted. It is found that compared with the conventional fertilization pattern (without topdress), the treatment of topdressing inorganic fertilizer containing 15 kg/hm2 N and 90 kg/ha K2O showed significantly higher plant height, leave K content and yield, and better smoking quality; with similar equilibrated sugar/ alkali ratio, sugar/nitrogen ratio and ShiMuKe value. The treatment of increasing 45 kghm^2 N and 270 kg/hm^2 K20 exhibited increased yield, K content and Nicotine content by 24.73%, 17.91%--27.08% and 19.57%--27.08%, respectively, but significant declined in sugar/alkali ratio, sugar/nitrogen ratio, ShiMuKe value and smoking quality compared with the conventional fertilization pattern. These results suggested that, based on the traditional fertilization habit of applying organic fertilizer, topdressing adequate N and K fertilizer is beneficial to improving Daning tobacco quality as well as growth and yield of Daning tobacco.
