摘 要: 当前,高职师资管理应该从理性走向有限理性。从有限理性理论的视角,通过对我国高职师资管理环境的分析和管理者认识能力的分析,进行各方资源的有效整合,建立高职师资严格的准入机制、多元化的师资培训制度、灵活多变的激励机制等,保障高职师资队伍的高度专业性和职业素养的全面性。 The current teacher management of higher vocational education should be from rationality to bounded rationality. From the perspective of bounded rationality theory, by the analysis of the management environment and manager' s cognitive ability in China' s higher vocational colleges, and the effective integration of resources, the strict access mechanism of higher vocational teachers, diversified training system of the teachers and the flexible incentive mechanism are established, in order to guarantee the highly professional teaching staff and their comprehensive occupation quality.
