摘 要: 本文首先以某柴油机活塞-环组为研究对象,采用AVL Glide软件,建立并修正气缸漏气量的分析模型;然后再对漏气量的影响因素进行分析并验证在3600rpm工况下的影响;最后根据正交试验的方法对其进行优化并对优选方案进行分析,从而得出最佳的优化方案,为活塞-环组的结构设计提供依据。 Firstly this article regards a diesel engine's piston-ring group as the researching object,and uses the AVL Glide software to set up and modify the analysis model of cylinder air leakage.Then we analyzes the influential factors of gas leakage and verify them at 3600 rpm.Finally,this article optimize them,analyze the optimal scheme and obtains the best optimization scheme accor-ding to the method of orthogonal experiment,sequentially it can provide the basis for the structure design of piston-ring group.
