摘　　要： 面对严峻和复杂的就业形势,不少大学生出现不同程度的心理问题,甚至发生一些不该发生的悲剧,这些心理问题产生的原因和表现都是多方面的。如何解决这些问题,是高校长期要面临和思考的重大课题。面对这些问题,应该加以重视,通过加强心理辅导,提高他们的心理素质;做好职业规划,增强大学生就业能力的培养;积极进行心理调适并提供个性化的心理健康服务;建立一支高水平的师资队伍等措施加以解决。 In the face of severe and complicated employment situation, many college students have different degrees of psychological problems, even some tragedy which should not be arises happened, the causes and manifestations of these psychological problems are multifaceted, how to solve these problems is an important issue facing and deliberating by colleges in long period of time. Faced with these problems, we should pay attention and solve these problems by strengthen psychological counseling to improve their psychological quality; make clear career planning to enhance the cultivation of university students' employment ability;proceed positive psychological adjustment and provide individualized mental health services;build a high-level teaching staff and other measures.
