摘　　要： 基于VAR模型,运用1989-2008年的统计数据对我国农业R&D投入与农业增长的动态关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,两者存在长期均衡关系,农业R&D投入是农业增长的格兰杰原因,是影响农业增长变化的重要正向因素;但脉冲响应函数的结果显示,农业R&D投入对农业增长的响应程度随滞后期的延长而逐渐减弱,这是R&D活动类型结构失衡造成的。我国今后应加大农业R&D投入,注重基础研究和应用研究的发展。 Based on VAR model,this paper empirically studies the dynamic relationship between agricultural R&D investment and agricultural growth by using the data from 1989to 2008.The result shows that there exists long-term balanced relationship between them.Agricultural R&D investment is not only the granger cause of agricultural growth,but also the significant positive element affecting the agricultural growth.However,the results of impulse response function show that the impact of agricultural R&D investment on agricultural growth is gradually weakened with the extension of lag because of the imbalance of type structure of R&D activities.Therefore,this paper points out that China should increase agricultural R&D investment and focus on the development of basic research and applied research.
