摘　　要： 作者针对近年来文献计量学研究中存在的理论问题和方法问题，论述了如下问题：文献研究定量化的可能性是随机的、模糊的、近似的，观察经验作为建立理论的基础并不是绝对可靠的，不可盲目地、机械地追求理论与经验的一致；理想化方法是一种有效的科学研究方法；建立理论应遵循逻辑简单性原则，文献计量学三大基本定律之间的关系及其存在的问题。 Based on the problems of theory and method existing in the study of bibliometrics in recent years, the author makes an expostulation of the following questions： the feasibility of quantification of document research is stochastic, obscure and approximate; taking observational experience as the basis to establish some theory is not absolutely reliable and so it is unwise to pursue the unity of theory and experience blindly and mechanically; the idealised method is an effective one to do scientific research; to establish some theory it is necessary to follow the principle of simplicity in logic; and the relationship among the three major basic laws of bibliometrics and their existing problems.
