摘 要: 采用活性炭上Ni、Cu负载量分别为 5 %、10 %的催化剂对乙醇气相羰基化合成丙酸与丙酸乙酯催化性能进行试验。试验在常压、反应温度 2 5 0℃、乙醇∶碘乙烷∶一氧化碳∶氢气 =1∶0 .1∶2∶1(摩尔比 )、液体空速 1h-1的条件下进行。在试验条件下Ni -Cu/C催化剂对乙醇转化率为 95 .3 % ,丙酸 +丙酸乙酯的选择性为 85 .5 1%。 Gas phase carbonylation of ethanol to propionic acid and ethyl propionate under normal atmosphere with nickel(5%) and copper(10%) catalyst over active charcoal was investigated.The optimum conditions of experiment were obtained:reaction temperature is 250℃,the molar ratio of ethyl alcohol∶iodoethane∶carbonmonoxied∶hydrogen is 1∶0.1∶2∶1,space velocity of liquid is 1 h -1 .The total selectivity of propionic acid and propionate is 85.51%,and ethanol conversion is 95.30%.
