摘 要: 对我国企业简介的英译现状进行了系统的调查,旨在深入认识现存的问题,提出有效的翻译策略。调研结果表明我国企业简介翻译的最主要问题是译文因缺乏"语篇性",而达不到交际目的。企业简介的翻译应以交际目的为导向,对原文进行多层重构,实现语篇功能在翻译过程中的对等转换。 Skopostheory offers a macro guide to the translation of company profiles while discourse analysis provides a micro practical tool to the specific analysis. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that the combination of the above two theories is feasible and applicable in company profiles translation studies. Applied the combination to our study, we find that the major problem of C -E translation of company profiles is that the lack of " textuality". Therefore, the strategy of translation of company profiles is multi - layer reconstruction of the original text and to realize the functional equivalence of the text.
