摘 要: 选取全国100个大中城市房屋销售价格为主要数据来源,以箱线图、直方图和空间分布GRID图为工具,分析了2012年样点城市的房价变化情况及不同区域城市之间的空间差异。结果表明,我国大部分地区房价在2012年呈平稳形势,涨跌幅度西北部地区高于东南部地区,但因后者基数大,导致二者的房价差距依旧明显。 This paper analyzed the changing housing price among the 100 sample cities, as well as the spatial difference of the cities in different regions. The results demonstrate that the housing price in most area of china tend to be steady in 2012. The rate of price's change in northwest china is a bit higher than that of the southeast region, but the price disparity remains obvious as a result of the latter's huge base number.
