摘　　要： 针对当前重大动物疫病暴发和兽药残留事件的频繁发生,将兽医流行病学与经济学相结合,探讨畜产品质量安全事件的经济损失评估模型的构建。本研究分析了①因质量问题造成畜产品出口损失估算,包括短期损失和长期损失的影响;②由兽药残留事件引起出口受阻的损失评估模型;③重大疫情暴发的损失评估模型;④总体损失概念模型;⑤疫病对资源和消费者的影响。建立了疫病及兽药残留事件暴发的经济损失评估模型。 Since animal drug residues events and major animal diseases frequently occur, it is necessary to investi-gate animal products quality and safety using a economic loss assessment model combining veterinary epidemiology and eco-nomics. For the construction of damage assessment modeling framework, the following ideas were considered： ①diseaseloss model; ②export losses estimates caused by the quality of animal products, including short-term losses and long-termlosses; ③economic losses assessment model for exports barriers caused by the events of drug residues; ④loss assessmentmodel of major animal disease outbreaks; ⑤overall loss conceptual model, and ⑥the impacts of animal diseases on re-sources and consumers.
