摘　　要： 近年来,中小企业受到国际金融危机蔓延的影响,出现了融资难、平均寿命短等问题。从企业家战略能力以及技术创新的角度入手,得出了战略能力和技术创新对于中小企业的发展有显著正向作用的结论,并且战略能力还可以通过改善企业财务状况刺激中小企业发展。 With the influence of the spreading international financial crisis these years, SMEs＇ development is faced with various kinds of problems and challenges such as financing difficulties and short average life span. Starting with entrepreneurial strategic capabilities and technological innovation, this paper come to a conclu- sion which strategic capabilities and technological innovation have a significant positive impact on SMEs＇ develop- ment. In addition, strategic capabilities can stimulate SMEs＇ development through improving enterprises＇ financial conditions.
