摘 要: 以碳酸氢铵或氨水为沉淀剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备Yb:YAG透明陶瓷纳米粉体,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射对粉体的形貌和物相结构进行表征。研究表明:以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂制备的前驱体在1200℃煅烧后可制得无杂质的YAG(Y3Al5O12)粉体,以氨水为沉淀剂制备的前驱体在1200℃煅烧后制得的YAG粉体中有杂质相YAM(Y4Al2O9);以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂制备的YAG粉体的分散性好,碳酸氢铵溶液与母盐溶液中铝离子浓度最佳配比为10:1。粉体粒度在100—250nm。 Yb:YAG transparent ceramic nano-powder was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method, with ammonium bi- carbonate or ammonia as the precipitant.The morphology and phase structure of Yb:YAG nano-powder were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Resuhs showed that pure YAG phase nano-powder was obtained by calcining the precursors prepared by using ammonium bicarbonate as the precipitant at 1 200 ℃.However,YAM (Y4A12O9) phase was found in the XRD patterns of the Yb:YAG powders synthesized by co-precipitation method using ammo- nia as precipitant at 1 200 ℃.Well dispersive,pure YAG nano-powders with the particle size in the range of 100-250 nm were obtained by calcining the precursor prepared by using ammonium bicarbonate as the precipitant and the optimum con- centration ratio of NH4HCO3 to Al3+ was 10:1.
