摘　　要： 教师专业发展模型主要依据一定的理念和特定目标而开发,对于指导教师专业发展过程、提高效果和效益具有积极的作用。该文介绍了一种基于知识建构的教师专业发展模型的构建方法,按照教学模型构建的一般步骤和程序,在对相关文献进行系统分析的基础上获取构成模型的基本要素;在分析知识建构特点基础上,将知识建构同教师专业发展进行整合,构建了基于知识建构的教师专业发展概念模型和实体模型,以用于设计支持教师专业发展的实践程序;所构建的教师专业发展模型在相关研究中已经证明其实践应用的有效性。 The construction of the model of teacher professional development is based on certain philosophy and particular purposes, which plays positive roles in guiding the professional development of teachers, and improving effectiveness and efficiency of teacher professional development as well. The paper introduces a method used to construct a model of teacher professional development based on knowledge building. According to the procedures of building a teaching model, together with the systematic analysis of relative literature, the basic elements of the model have been figured out. In order to design the practical program supporting teacher professional development, the conceptual model and entity model of teacher professional development based on knowledge building has been built after analyzing the characteristics of knowledge building and integrating knowledge building with teacher professional development. The validity of the model has been certified in some relevant research.
