摘 要: 结合智能电网背景下需求侧管理向需求响应发展的趋势,在分析广州地区电力需求侧管理存在问题的基础上,针对性地提出了一种基于需求响应建设要求的分布式信息交互服务平台实现策略和具体建设方案,划分了终端层、电力用户层、区局层、市局层的信息系统结构层次,对区局分站信息中心功能结构进行系统设计,使其满足市局、区局2级的电力需求侧信息监控的要求,实现供电和用电之间的数据交互和共享,并据此建设了广州地区电力需求响应信息交互平台。实践表明,该平台具有实现快速的信息交互及需求响应能力。 Combined with tile developnu:nt trend of demand side management to demand response under the small grid. It analysed the existing relative problems and hased on the construction requirement of demand side response, a concrete scheme of distributed interactive information platform, which divides the information system structure of terminal layer, user layer, district bureau layer, municipal layer was proposed pertinently.Then the information center's function and strueture of district bureau substation were designed to meet the information monitoring requirements of municipal and district bureau and it achieved data exchange and sharing.Finally, the interactive information platform was constructed on above researches.Practice shows thai the response method and platform have the abilities of rapid inforumtion exchange and demand side response.
