摘　　要： 通过介绍政府对招标采购提供的优越性,分析高校图书招标采购中存在的主要问题,提出规范招标采购程序,选择合适招标方式,对图书招标采购工作提出一些建议. through the introduction of superior government procurement,analysis of the main problems existing in University Library in the bidding and purchasing,proposes the standard procurement procedures,choosing suitable bidding mode,and puts forward some suggestions on the book procurement bidding.
