摘　　要： 刑事诉讼职能是刑事诉讼主体为了实现特定的目的和任务 ,在刑事诉讼过程中所具有的作用和功能。其特点包括法律性和规范性、抽象性和概括性、独占性和排它性、交会性和共生性等。控诉职能、辩护职能和审判职能是现代刑事诉讼的三种基本职能。 Functions of criminal procedure refer to the roles and functions possessed by the subjects of criminal proceedings in the process of criminal proceedings when they try to fulfill certain purposes and tasks. The characteristics of the functions of criminal procedure are legal and normative, abstract and general, monopolistic and exclusive, and interlacing and intergrowing. The three basic functions of modern criminal proceedings are accusation function, defense function and adjudicatory function.
