摘　　要： 条件价值评估法(CVM)是西方评价非市场资源价值最常用和最有效的工具。科学地应用CVM对图书馆进行价值评价,是图书馆价值评价从定性走向定量的质变过程。文章通过文献梳理和相关案例的研究,分析图书馆价值的特殊性,遵循CVM技术路线设计的逻辑,从WTP与WTA的选择、支付方式的选择、WTP引导技术的选择、总体和样本的界定等四个方面提出图书馆价值评估本土化改进的建议。 Contingent Valuation Method （CVM） is the most commonly using and the most effective toot that used to asses non-market resources in west. Using CVM to assess library value scientifically is a qualitative change process of library valuation from qualitative to quantitative. This paper, through studying documents and related cases, analyzing the particularities of library value, following the logic of CVM＇s technology roadmap design, from the selection of WTP and WTA, the way of payment, leading technology of WTP, and the definition of population and sample, proposes suggestions of the locally improvement of library valuation.
