摘　　要： 地标作为城市意象感知的构成要素,已被运用到诸多城市研究当中,但鲜少有人以此为角度切入思考历史文化村镇的保护问题。该文首先对历史文化村镇地标和地标系统赋予定义,认为要成为村镇地标需具有景观异质性、功能异质性、景观意义三种特征之一,并对村镇地标系统的内涵进行了阐述;然后根据村镇整体形态结构和地标作用,将村镇地标系统分为宏观、中观、微观三个等级,并以此为基础归纳出每个等级对应的保护原则分别为自然与人文的统一、内容与形式的统一、官能感受的统一。 Landmarks acting as the elements of city image, have been researched for years. However, they were rarely related to the protection of historical cultural towns ＆ villages. This paper explains the definition of Landmark and Landmark system in historical cultural towns ＆ villages. To be a town land mark, it is required to possess one of the three features： ornamental, functional or cultural. The connotations of the landmark system were described in this paper. The village landmark system was divided into three levels as macro, meso and micro according to the town structure and landmark role. On basis of which, the paper summarizes each grade corresponding protection principles which were nature and human unity, the content and form unity, sense and emotion unity.
