摘 要: 泡沫铝密度是泡沫铝填充管吸能性能的重要影响因素。通过LS-DYNA模拟分析泡沫铝填充管的准静态过程。采用DESHPANDE-FLECK-FOAM泡沫铝材料模型,系统研究了泡沫铝密度对填充管吸能性能的影响。研究发现填充管的吸能量与泡沫铝的密度呈二次曲线关系,比吸能与泡沫铝密度呈线性关系。同时,对泡沫铝填充管的变形模式和内在机制也做了初步的分析。 The aluminum foam density is important influence factors of energy absorbing properties of the aluminum foam filled. The behaviors of foamed aluminum - filled pipes were studied under quasi - static loading conditions by LS - DYNA. Using DESHPANDE_FLECK_FOAM foamed aluminum material model, effect of foamed aluminum density on energy absorption capacity of foamed aluminum - filled pipes was studied systematically. The study found that the energy absorption of the foamed aluminum - filled pipes was conic relationship with aluminum foam density ; specific energy absorption was liner relationship with aluminum foam density. Meanwhile, the deformation pattern and inherent mechanism of foamed aluminum -filled prisms were analyzed.
