摘 要: 从多个角度探讨了21世纪的新质量观:21世纪是质量世纪,提高质量是企业的社会责任,“顾客成功”是质量的核心,标准化加定制化是质量的基础,最高质量就是最低费用,过程管理是21世纪的质量之父。 The new quality concept is explored from a number of perspectives, such as, the 21st century is the quality century, improving quality is the social responsibility of enterprises, customer success is the core concept of quality, standardization and customization is the basis of quality, the highest quality is the lowest cost, and process management is the key to quality management in the 21st century.
