摘 要: 环境振动对超精密加工的精度有很大影响。在超精密加工中,减小机床位置振动的幅值非常重要,动态减振器能够起到衰减外界振动振幅的作用。本文对该问题进行了探讨,提出了一种基于实模态分析理论的动态减振器的设计方法,较为圆满地解决了这一问题,并给出了仿真结果。 Environmer vibration has effect on ultra - precision machining. In the process of ultra- precision machining, it is very important to reduce the vibration amplitude of machinetool position, and dynamic shock absorber has an effect on reducing the amplitude of outsidevibration. The paper discusses this problem, and brings forward a method of designing dynamic shock absorber based on real model analysis theory. It is rather good to solve the problem, at the same time gives the simulation result.
